This S.H. Concepts website presents the brands Goodbye Lernstress, Regulated Within, She Becomes Herself and The Living Season. The products are sold through the respective Etsy shops. For orders placed there, the terms and buyer policies of Etsy apply in addition, together with the provisions below. I. General terms and conditions
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts you conclude with us as the provider (Sandra Hinneburg). Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any of your own terms and conditions is hereby objected to.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their self-employed professional or commercial activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of physical and digital products through the Etsy shops of the respective brand.
(2) The ordering process, the presentation of the offer and the conclusion of the contract are governed by the processes provided on the Etsy platform. By completing the order on Etsy, you make a binding offer to purchase the respective item, whereby the contract is concluded.
§ 3 Licence for digital content
The digital content offered is protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital content for private, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the respective product description. Any distribution, reproduction for the purpose of distribution or public communication requires our express consent.
§ 4 Prices and payment
The prices shown on Etsy are final prices and include all price components including any applicable taxes. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG we do not show value added tax. The available payment methods are determined by the payment options offered on Etsy. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§ 5 Right of retention, retention of title
You may only exercise a right of retention insofar as it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 6 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. As a consumer you are asked to check the goods for completeness and obvious defects upon delivery and to notify us of any complaints as soon as possible. Failure to do so has no effect on your statutory warranty claims.
§ 7 Choice of law, final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
II. Right of withdrawal for physical goods
Withdrawal instructions
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the case of several goods within one order that are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandra Hinneburg, Friedrichstraße 155, 10117 Berlin, email s.h.concepts@gmx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (personalised products). It expires early for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery.
III. Right of withdrawal for digital content
For the purchase of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, you as a consumer also have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract, exercised by an unequivocal statement to the contact details above.
The right of withdrawal for a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium expires early if you (1) have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, (2) have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance, and (3) we have provided you with confirmation of this on a durable medium. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of a reimbursement.
IV. Payments and payment methods
Payment is made via the payment service providers offered on Etsy and in the respective shop. Depending on your selection, common payment methods are available for physical products, such as credit and debit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, Klarna (invoice or instalments), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Digital content is made available for download after successful completion of payment.
The purchase price is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract. When using an external payment service provider (e.g. PayPal or Klarna), their terms of use and privacy policy apply in addition. No separate fees are charged for the use of a particular means of payment.
V. Shipping and returns
Physical products are delivered to the address you provide, via the respective Etsy shop. The specific delivery and processing times as well as any shipping costs can be found in the respective product description on Etsy. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold during shipment passes to you only upon handover of the goods.
Digital products are made available for download after receipt of payment; no shipping costs apply to them. The rules on the right of withdrawal under section II apply to the return of physical goods. For legitimate complaints, please contact the details above.

The essential characteristics of the goods as well as all other mandatory information result from the respective product description in the Etsy shop and the ordering process there. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
